Born on May 21, 1960, in San Diego, California, Henry grew up with a passion for machinery that would guide him throughout his professional career in the machining manufacturing industry.

Henry’s formative years culminated in a graduation from Greenway High School in Phoenix, Arizona, where he first demonstrated his keen interest in machinery. He dedicated himself to mastering his craft, earning respect among colleagues and contributing significantly to the machining industry through his skillful work as a machinist.

Henry’s proudest accomplishment was marrying his beloved wife, Jasmin Gerlach, on November 26, 1996, in Gilbert, Arizona. Their life together was marked by love and companionship, and they shared a nurturing environment for their three children: Henry O. Gerlach III, Kyle Gerlach, and Natasha Gerlach Moyes. As a father, Henry was a source of wisdom and strength, guiding his children with care and attention.

In addition to his children, Henry found immense joy in being a grandfather to Bailey. He also leaves behind his brother, Eric Gerlach, and a beloved group of canine companions—Twiggy, Didi, Talley, and Riley—who were loyal friends throughout his life.

Henry was predeceased by his parents, Henry O. Gerlach, Sr. and Shirley Leslie Gerlach, who he deeply admired and respected. Their legacy of love and dedication to family lives on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
