Inga Henriette Osterboe Ingebrigtsen Mormor /Farmor Inga Henriette Osterboe Ingebrigtsen, age 88, passed away July 3, 2008 at home. Born October 27, 1919 in Bergen, Norway, to Ivar and Inga Sofie Kismul Osterboe. Married Magdalon U. Ingebrigtsen September 7, 1940 in Norway and sealed in the Logan LDS Temple in 1950. They were married for 64 years before he passed away October 27, 2004. She was an active member of the LDS Church. Served as Relief Society President of the Norwegian Branch. Was very active in genealogy, especially for people in Norway. She was a very gracious lady and a friend to everybody. Made many quilts for the Humanitarian Center. She was known for knitting Norwegian sweaters, her cooking and Norwegian gifts. Had an adventurous spirit and loved to travel. Served two missions in Norway with her husband. She was devoted and dedicated in life to her husband and family. Survived by her children: Marion (Hans) Olsen, Rigmor (Fred) Nelson, Frank (Barbara) Ingebrigtsen; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sisters, Kitty Rasmussen and Elsie Haagensen, Bergen, Norway; sisters-in-law, Aslaug Osterboe, Bergen, Norway, Aase Osterboe, Oslo, Norway. Preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Eva Karin; son, Oivind Leo. The family expresses thanks to Rocky Mountain Hospice for their care and concern. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 8, 2008, 12:00 noon at the Parliament Park Ward, 3935 South 1500 West. There will be a viewing on Monday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Tuesday at the church, 11-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Elysian Burial Gardens.
