In 1948, Isabel married Manuel A. Chavez and shortly thereafter moved to Arizona where they raised their own family. Isabel was a tremendously selfless and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to those around her. Isabel enjoyed watching her Novelas, gardening, crochet, sewing, and most importantly had a deep devotion to Our Blessed Mother and her Roman Catholic faith. She was always supportive, loving and deeply committed to her marriage and responsibilities as our Mom and grandmother. She was always there to provide counseling and loving support when we needed her, and always prayed for her children and grandchildren to succeed in life. Its our turn now to pray for you, Mom; we will love you forever and miss you until we meet again. May God keep you safe in his loving arms as you watch over all of us.
