Isidro Palacio, 66, of Thatcher, passed away January 15, 2015 in Tempe, AZ with his family at hi side. Isidro was born May 15, 1948 in Las Cruces, NM to Catamino & Anita Soto Palacio. A viewing for Isidro will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Caldwell Funeral Chapel. A Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 a.m. with A Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with interment in the Safford Cemetery.
