Jack LaVon Black Together Forever Jack LaVon Black passed away March 25, 2010. He was born April 11, 1924 in Payson, Utah to John S. Black, and Martha Emma Loretta Jeffs Monroe. Jack worked for the U.S. Post Office. Was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by his son, Jack (Karen) Black of Taylorsville, Utah; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife; parents; 2 brothers; 3 sisters; granddaughter, Jackie. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 30, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Viewings will be held Monday 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates.
