Jaime Martin Rodriguez passed away on August 1, 2021, and was born on July 21, 1992, in Safford, Arizona to his loving parents JoAnn Provencio and Manuel Rodriguez. He had six siblings, Josette (Leonard) Morales, Joseph Perez, Manny (Ariel) Rodriguez, Raquel (Gabe) Montez, Angela Rodriguez, and Steven Butner.
Jaime attended Clifton Highschool and played baseball for the Trojans. After school, he went on to work as a railroad engineer and drove the locomotives. In 2016, he married his wife Adriana on August 1 in Clifton, Arizona. They had six beautiful children, Savannah (11), Jazmin (10), Selena (9), Aurora (7), Jaime Jr (6), and Carmina (3).
Jaime had a passion for many sports. He loved Golf and Baseball and his favorite teams were the ASU Sundevils, Phoenix Suns, New York Yankees, and the Green Bay Packers. He loved taking trips with his family. He loved playing video games and watching movies with his kids and wife. His fondest memories include the day he married his wife and the birth of his children.
You could always find Jaime smiling ear to ear and cracking jokes. He was sarcastic and a homebody but mostly he was a loving Father and Husband. He had a heart of gold, he was a wonderful friend, son, and brother. He was an amazing father. He was a family man, so proud of his children. His family and kids were his whole life. He was always a friend and someone you could turn to. He touched so many lives and hearts. Always giving. Always happy and smiling with a huge and generous heart. Jaime left a long legacy of love and kindness. He will be dearly missed.
Jaime is survived by his wife Adriana, daughters Savannah, Jazmin, Selena, Aurora, and Carmina, and son Jamie Jr. his parents, JoAnn Provencio and Manuel Rodriguez, siblings, Joe Perez, Josette (Leonard) Morales, Manny (Ariel) Rodriguez, Angela Rodriguez, and Steven Butner and Raquel (Gabe) Montez
On Friday, August 13, 2021, a viewing will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Morenci, Arizona. Following the viewing, is a Rosary with eulogy and sharing memories. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Interment services will take place at a later date.
