Send Flowers James R. Fisher August 6, 1930 - September 30, 2010 James R. Fisher, 80 of Safford passed away at the Sunset Hills Care Center on September 30, 2010. James was born August 16, 1930 in El Paso, Texas and served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He married Jean Marie on October 17, 1958 and they were blessed with 3 children, Jim, John and Donya. James loved sharing his history and stories with his friends and family. He enjoyed spending time with his children and extended family. James is survived by his children Jim Fisher, John Fisher and Donya Fisher Schweizer, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and sister Dorothy McLaughlin. He was preceded in death by his wife Jean Marie. Private family services will be held. Memorial Contributions can be made in James' name to the local VFW.
