Jan Alvey

Jan Davis Boone Alvey Grandma Teedo Our dear mom, sister, grandma, great-grandma and aunt, passed away peacefully September 18, 2007, at the age of 59, due to complications of lung disease, with her loving family and sweet little dog, Angel, at her side. Jan was always a loving and caring person. She was deeply involved with her children growing up and their 4H and high school rodeo programs. We will miss her dearly. Preceded in death by her parents, James and Hellen Davis. Survived by her children: Scott and Mikey, Lisa and Sean, Steve and Kristen, Lori and James; grandchildren: Kamira, Kody, Josh, Lindsey, Justine, Justin, Jentri, Jayelynne, A.J. and Jorgin; great-granddaughter, CaiDee; her brother and 4 sisters. The family wishes to express our deep gratitude to Jans care givers at LDS Hospital ICU. Your thoughtfulness and kindness will be remembered always. A special thanks also to her brother, Jim and his wife, Kathy, for the extra mile they have gone during these difficult times. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 24, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a viewing will be held Sunday, 6-8 p.m. and Monday, 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made toward Jans final expenses.
