Janice Rice

Janice Rice 1940 ~ 2010 Our loving sister and aunt, Janice Rice, age 70, passed away March 24, 2010 in Ogden, Utah. Born January 24, 1940 in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Orville B. and Gertrude Baker Rice. Janice was born with Cerebral Palsy and attended schools for the handicapped where she made many friends. She enjoyed ceramics, painting, and especially loved her dogs. Survived by her sister, Beverly (Bill) Phelps, Delta; twin brother, Jay (Karen) Rice, Fruit Heights; and brother, David G. Rice, Las Vegas, NV; and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Robert Keith Rice. Graveside services will be held Saturday, 12 noon, at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road. A viewing will be held Friday, 6 - 8 p.m. and again Saturday, 11 - 11:45 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
