Jarod Strong

Jarod M. Strong 1978 ~ 2010 Jarod Morgan Strong completed his stay on earth January 30, 2010 and has gone to live with his Heavenly Father. He was born June 21, 1978 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Michael Boyd and Susan Bartley Strong. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Graduated from Hartvigsen School and attended Work Activity Center. Jarod had a special spirit that touched the lives of many people. He loved boating, the beach, St. George and ice cream. He is survived by his parents; brother, Bart (Elizabeth); nephews: Parker and Maguire; niece, Sydnee; grandparents, Boyd Strong and Marcell Strong; and special friend, Debbie. Preceded in death by grandparents, Harold and Margaret Tadje. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where viewings will be held Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Herriman City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hartvigsen School.
