Jerry Todd

Jerry Wayne Todd, Sr., 68, of Safford, entered into rest on Saturday, November 20, 2010 in Morenci, AZ. He was born on July 6, 1942 in Oneonta, AL, to James Monroe Todd and Mary Ruth Williamson. He married Bonnie Nichols in February 2003 in Lordsburg, NM. Jerry attended school in Duncan Arizona and EAC. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1962- 1965. When he returned he made a career working in construction. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved being outdoors. He had an entrepreneur spirit and had the ability to peddle anything. One of his greatest loves was riding motorcycles. Jerry is survived by his wife Bonnie of Safford; his mother, Mary Ruth Williamson; sons, Jerrry Wayne Todd, Jr., and Timothy Ray Todd; daughters, Donna Otis, Sandra Clark and Kimberly Todd; a brother, Don Todd; and a sister, Patricia Freestone; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, James Monroe Todd, a brother, Terry Todd, and a daughter, Denise Todd. Family graveside services will be held at a later date in the Duncan Cemetery with military honors.
