Jocie Oleta Ford, entered into rest on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at her daughter's home in Safford, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 29, 1919 in Purcell, OK, to James E. Robison and Mary Minnie Todd. She married Clarence Elbert Ford on July 26, 1939 in Antlers, OK. He entered into rest on October 9, 1985. Oleta was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Thatcher. She loved reading, gardening, bird watching, crossword puzzles and she was an excellent seamstress. She is survived by her daughters, Loretta Fay (Odell) Henderson of Safford, and Roberta Sue Siltala, of Safford; a son, Willian Edward Harris of St. John; a brother, Louis Robison; sister, Kathryn Marsall; 6 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the First Southern Baptist Church in Thatcher. Interment will be in the Safford Cemetery. Family suggests donations be made to Mt. Graham Hospice.
