Send Flowers Joel Aaden Lee Hunter January 15, 2009 - September 14, 2012 Joel Aaden Lee Hunter, 3, passed away Friday, September 14, 2012. Joel was born January 15, 2009 in Safford, Arizona and is the youngest of six children to Roberta Lee Preston. Joel was an active and free spirited child. He loved watching cartoons, playing angry birds and riding his bike. Joel was diagnosed with Chronic Asthma but that didnt stop him from enjoying the thing he liked most, riding his bike. He liked riding so much that he would ride to the bus stop and back every day. He was such a huge Justin Bieber fan that he had Bieber fever and would watch the movie and listened to his music all the time on his ipad. Joel couldnt wait to drive his Grandmas car. He would sit in her lap while they drove across to their neighbors house. He was always surrounded by his friends, Tristian, Elijah, Adrien and Ding-Ding. Ding-Ding was his IBFF, his imaginary best friend. When Joel would get in trouble Ding-Ding would take the blame even though no one saw him but Joel. Joel loved his mom so much that the two were inseparable. Always together side by side, they were never truly apart. He always told her I love you, Im go with you? His mom had so much love for him that she did everything and anything to keep him happy and satisfied. If it was water balloons he wanted she would get it for him. He was very much loved by those who know him. Everyone knew that she loved and cared for him. He also loved his sisters and only brother Virgil Shboy. They were always around each other. Joel even tried to be like his brother by wanting to grow his hair out and wanting to wear skateboard shoes. He also did so much with his sisters. He was always playing around and teasing them. When he was by himself he would call for one of his sisters to come and they would. Joel had a special bond with his sisters and Shboy. His brother and sisters loved him so much. Joel became very close to his grandpa Phillip and Uncle Jai-Lewis, spending hours with them and not wanting to go home when the time came. Everytime his grandma Marianda would go see grandpa Skipper, he would tell her to Tell Papa to buy me toys and water balloons. Joe would always call her asking what did you buy me, grandma, what did Papa buy me, when are you coming home. He always wanted to know how his family was doing, mainly his Papa Skip. Eugene E.D. spoiled Joel by always buying him what he wanted and giving him soda. Eugene was so happy when Joel started attending Head Start saying Fatboy is going to college! Joel was also an animal lover and he loved his ducks, treating them like babies. He also like puppies but due to his asthma he couldnt keep them so he had his best friend Ding-Ding keep him company. Joels smile and laughter will be greatly missed. Just like here on earth, in heaven Joel will be surrounded by others who loved him. His memory will forever live on with his mother, his sisters, his brother, grandparents aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends. Joel is survived by his mother, Roberta, sisters; Teyha, Emily, Isabella, Dakota, brother, Virgil, grandparents Ernsetine Hosay, Ronnie Preston, Fervel Henry, Sr., Miranda & Clifford Stewart, Sr., Phillip Hunter, Jr., great grandparents Tomasita & Robson Wilson, Sr., uncles; Michael, Fervel, Jr., Gavin, Rodney, Michael, aunts; Mavis, Mandy, Deanna, Tawnee, Keyena, Great Grandma Veda Noline and many cousins. Joel is not alone in his great journey home. He is preceded in death by his great grandparents Henry & Hannah Preston, Aunt Marilyn Hosay, Uncle Vernon Nofchissey and cousins Deon Lang, Jr., Angelo Hosey and Duana Moses. Services for Joel will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday September 23 at Stanley Hall in Bylas, AZ. A Wake will be held at Veda Noline's residence, also in Bylas, on Saturday, September 23.
