Joey Blan

Joey Duane Dale Blan, 20, of Safford, passed away December 1, 2013. He was born July 31, 1993 to David Blan and Kelleye Joe Collins Blan in Safford, Arizona. Joey was raised in Graham County. He loved basketball and played at Safford Middle School and his freshman year at Safford High School. He lived for his family and friends. He is survived by his mother; Kelleye Collins, brothers; David D. Blan and Coy Jay Rogers, sisters; Shelby Blan, Presly Blan and Sierra Rogers, grandparents; Jerry & Jolie Hatfield, Jim & Dixie Willoughby and Dale Blan, uncles; Pat Collins, Mike Collins, and Duane Hoke; cousin; Justin Collins, Mason Rogers, Karson Farr and Canyon Rogers and several close friends that he considered his brothers. Joey is preceded in death by father, David Blan, Uncle Joe Collins, Aunt Diane Hoke and Great Grandmother Eunice Guillen. A viewing for Joey will be held Sunday evening December 8, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Caldwell Funeral Chapel with the Funeral Service on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the New Life City Church with Dr. Phil Tudor conducting.
