John Keith Jones 1949 ~ 2008 Keith Jones, 59, earthly journey ended at home on the morning of July 3, 2008 after a brave battle with Leukemia. He was born on January 12, 1949, in Salt Lake City to Belva (Coon) and Claude Jones. Keith loved his family dearly. He enjoyed natures beauty, music, western movies, reading books and animalsespecially his pets. Keith loved life. Survived by his wife, Nona; children: Jenifer (Jeff) Wood, Justina Jones, Jiselle Jones, Jeremiah (Jen) Jones, Janessa (Jarom) Fano; step-children: Paul (Kerry) Tsosie, Austin (Marie) Tsosie, Joni Tsosie, Meridee (Brian) Moore, Kellen Tsosie; 19 grandchildren; sisters: Claudette Evans, Marilyn (Bob) Grant, Marlene (Don) Bennion; brother, Craig Jones; pet dog, Butch. Preceded in death by his parents; Kent (brother) and his dear pet, Buddy. The family would like to express much appreciation to all the staff at the LDS Hospital Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, 10:00 a.m. at the Oquirrh 6th Ward, 6673 Clernates Drive (5330 West). A viewing will be held on Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the church and on Tuesday from 9-9:45 a.m. prior to services. Services under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
