Jolene Evans Burnham Smith 1941 ~ 2007 Jolene Evans Burnham Smith, age 66, passed away on December 4, 2007. Born January 5, 1941 in Spanish Fork, Utah, the 10th child of 11 children to Forrest and Jennie Evans. At 2 years of age, mother died and went to live with mothers sister, Thora and Ole Peterson in Cedar Fort, Utah. Jolene was a member of the LDS Church. Married Larry Burnham 1959. Divorced in 1975. Married Paul M. Smith on December 30, 1976. One of Jolenes greatest assets was making friends quickly and easily wherever she went. Jolene is survived by her loving husband, Paul; 3 daughters & 1 step-daughter: Koshell (Jerry) Miller, Cindy (Greg) Yashko, Charlotte Harris and Lisa Marie Smith; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Erma (Morlin) Conder; brothers, Lee (Janet) Evans, Allen (Judy) Evans. Preceded in death by sisters, Bernice & Ester; brothers, Glen, John, Paul, Cliff and Dean. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 8, 2007, 9:30 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends and family may gather on Friday from 5-7 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment, Taylorsville City Cemetery.
