Joshua Bills

August 20, 1981 — May 10, 2024

Joshua Robert Bills was born on August 20, 1981 to MaryAnn Ripplinger & Gregory Bills in Ogden, Utah, and went to be with our Heavenly Father on May 10, 2024.

Joshua's siblings include Corey (Merideth) Bills, Amanda (Todd) Emery, Samantha (Michael) Hogenson, Christa (Michael) Clonts, Cindi (Jon) Bodine, and Cassie (Aaron) Ellsworth and his in-laws Clint & Carrie Crotts. He graduated from Safford High School in 2000 and immediately joined the National Guard where he served honorably until his discharge in 2022.

During that time he married his eternal companion Cheri Crotts in the Mesa Arizona Temple and were blessed with 4 children; Carter, Madison, Reagan, and Mckinley.

After being discharged from the National Guard, Joshua began working for Freeport as an equipment operator.  He truly enjoyed activities with his family; camping, celebrating Halloween and his beloved pets Bullet & Trigger.

In his lifetime, Joshua was known for his kind heart, unwavering determination, and infectious sense of humor. He touched the lives of many with his genuine compassion and willingness to help others in need. Everywhere he went was a party, he loved to make others laugh, and lit up a room when he entered.

Joshua will be deeply missed by his loving family which includes his devoted wife, adoring children. He is also survived by his parents, siblings, and a wide circle of relatives and friends who were impacted by his presence.

He leaves behind his loving wife Cheri Bills, his children Carter, Madison, Reagan, and Mckinley Bills, his mother MaryAnn Ripplinger, his father Gregory Bills, and Clint & Carrie Crotts.

His sudden departure has left a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but the memories of Joshua's kindness and laughter will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him.

May he rest in peace knowing that he is fondly remembered and deeply missed.
