Judith Ann Armijo, 75, of Safford entered into eternal rest on March 11, 2021, with her family by her side. She was born in Newville, Pennsylvania on September 20, 1945 to Mary Pennypacker Bauer & Richard Bauer. Judith graduated from Bisbee High School in Bisbee, Arizona in 1962. She later met and married Frank Fernando Armijo Jr. Judith was an amazing cook, she made the best Mexican food all from memory and never measured it was all by taste and smell. Her nickname for her husband was "Viejo". Her fondest memory was the day of her wedding. She loved camping, hunting, and sewing. She was a proud member of the Eastern Star. Her positive outlook on life spread to her husband, children, and grandchildren. Judith was preceded in death by her parents Mary & Richard Bauer, and her brother Richard Jr. She is survived by her loving husband Frank, her children; Tina, Toni, Rhonda, Frankie, and Jimmy, 9 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. She was a loving, caring, beautiful, and strong woman who was dearly loved and is sorely missed. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at The Church at Safford located at 3616 US Highway 191, Safford, AZ 85546.
