Karina Araujo

Karina Alexandra Araujo, 32, passed away January 23, 2010 after a two-year battle with stage four ovarian cancer. Born April 9, 1977 in San Felipe, Mexico. Spent her early years in Mexico, and then grew up in Southern California. Graduated from Arcadia High School, and attended Cal State Fullerton where she received a BA in Biology. She worked at Walgreens where she was a Pharmacy Tech, in hopes of one day becoming a Pharmacist. She was an amazing daughter, and a wonderful sister. She was a friend that you could count on for anything, any time of day. Her passion for dancing and traveling will always be a part of who she is. Even though she had much pain towards the end, she never let you know it, in fact, she would ask you how you were and if you needed anything. Well, Karina, today we are all missing you greatly.
