Kathleen Hone

Kathleen Hone Kay Kathleen Isbell Hone, 82, passed away September 27, 2010 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born February 5, 1928 in Richfield, Utah to Joseph Clarence and Lillian Jenson Isbell, the youngest of ten children. She attended schools in Richfield and graduated from Richfield High School in 1946. Married LeVear Hone August 20, 1950 in Richfield, Utah Member of the LDS Church and held positions as Mutual Secretary, Primary, Sunday School and Relief Society teacher. She was active in PTA and DUP. Retired from Salt Lake City School District where she was secretary to elementary school principals for 20 years. Survived by husband, LeVear; sons, Bruce LeVear (Janet) Hone and Russell Kay Hone; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; brothers and sisters: Lin, Kenneth, Helen, Virginia, Dean, Lou, Ivy, Dick and Mac; 1 great-granddaughter. Graveside services will be held Friday, October 1, 2010, 12:00 noon at Valley View Memorial Park, 4335 West 4100 South. Viewings will be held Thursday, September 30, 2010, 6:30-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Friday, 10-11:30 a.m. prior to graveside.
