KerryLee Holman-White Gypsy KerryLee Holman-White, age 48, passed away July 8, 2010 at the U of U Hospital due to a tragic accident. She was born July 17, 1961 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Terry Allred Holman and Jessie Kaye Mart. She was married several times but through it all still remained friends with each of them. Kerry grew up in Utah, though she lived in Longmont Colorado for several years. She also spent a few years in Arizona before settling back in Utah. She had a love of life and the outdoors. She was the type of person who befriended everyone she met. She had a big heart and accepted you as you are. Survived by her children: Sabrina Holman (Ryan), Audrey Meinhardt, and David Coleman Meinhardt; grandchildren: Jayden, Kolton, and Kyleea; mother, Kaye Wendel; father, Terry (Joyce); brothers, David and Greg (Karen); sisters, Amber Scott (David) and T.J. Holman (Tony); stepmother, Joyce; and numerous step brothers, step sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who love her very much. Preceded in death by stepfather, Everett Wendel. A single life produces much radiance when that person follows their dreams, tries to do what is right, and refuses to let obstacles stand in the way. Kerry did all that. The world is better for her having lived. We are better for having known her. Though her life may have ended too soon, it was a life complete in so many ways. A special thanks to the nurses, doctors, and the entire staff at the U of U Hospital (NCCU) for all they did for Kerry during her last days. A memorial service will be Wednesday, July 14, 2010, 7:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a gathering will also be held, 6-6:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers an account has been set up for Kerrys children at US Bank under the name Kerry White.
