Kirby Robbins

Kirby Robbins 1955 ~ 2009 Kirby Robbins passed away November 26, 2009 at his home in West Valley City, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Kirby was born in Roosevelt, Utah on February 21, 1955, to Ernitta Oderkirk and Ronald Robbins. Kirby grew up in Duchesne, Utah. He married Kim Keele of Tooele, on December 24, 1996. He loved hunting, 4- wheeling, sports, camping, and spending time with his kids & grandkids. Kirby and his wife spent much of their free time in the mountains watching deer, elk, and other wildlife. Kirby worked in the construction industry as a foreman superintendent for most of his life. Kirby leaves behind his wife and best friend Kim; 4 sons from a previous marriage; Jarod , Denny, Dusty, Matt; parents Ernitta and Ronald Robbins; sister Ronda (Don) Bastian, stepchildren: Jenifer Johnson, Kathy Crossley, Cody Crossley, Kallie Crossley; parents-in-law: Vance and Shirley Keele; and 12 grandchildren. He will be sorely missed. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2009, 10:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Viewings will be held Monday, 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 9- 9:45 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment, Indian Canyon Cemetery-Duchesne City Cemetery, 700 South Highway 191.
