Lee Roy Christiansen My Angel Our loving husband, father, & grandfather, passed away November 14, 2007 surrounded by his family. He was born March 14, 1931 in Pleasant Grove, Utah to Henry Oscar & Ellouise Christiansen. He graduated from South High School. Served in the Navy & married his beautiful sweetheart, Cora Baird, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Remembered for his kind & gentle nature, always happy, humorous & in the service of others. An active member of the LDS Church, he & his wife served in the Cleveland, Ohio mission. He loved & enjoyed every precious minute with his family. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Cora; children; JoLynn (Ross) Marshall, Steven (Nancy), Kelly (Cathy), Bret (Julie), Darin (Lori), Rick (Jamie), Melanie Christiansen Miller; 24 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his oldest son, Craig Lee; grandson, Ben Roy; 4 siblings. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 17, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at the Granger 4th Ward, 3305 South 3960 West. A viewing will be held Friday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Saturday at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
