Linda Diane Fout, 73, of Clifton, Arizona passed away July 18, 2023, with her family close by her side.
She was born to the late Leonard and Beatrice Nelson June 8, 1950, in Columbus, Ohio. Linda graduated from West High School in 1968.
She married Joseph Arthur Fout in 1974, and they lived together in Ohio for several years before relocating to Arizona. Linda is survived by her husband, as well as her son; Joseph Benson Fout. She is also survived by her sister, Karen Wilson of Columbus, Ohio, as well as Karen’s large family.
Linda owned and operated Copper Willy’s Pizza Express, employing and serving many in the community, and she was very proud of this part of her life. She also sometimes worked as a retail manager in department stores.
Linda was an accomplished artist, with her works being displayed in galleries in Phoenix, Silver City, and locally in Clifton. She loved painting, weaving, sewing, anything that allowed her to express herself creatively. She enjoyed feeding the giraffes at the zoo whenever she had the opportunity. She loved her dogs, Bogart, Clancy, Hannah, and Bucky. Linda was always an active member in the community. She had a loving, kind, and friendly personality. Linda was a wonderful wife, mother, and aunt, and will be missed dearly.
Linda was a devout Christian and always looked to put others before herself. She definitely practiced what was preached, and is certainly now resting in the Good Place. May God bless her.
