Jeffrey "Logan" Conner, 27, passed away suddenly at his home in Safford on May 25, 2021. He was the beloved son of Jeffrey Lee Conner of Indianapolis, IN, and Elaine Noelle Loya (Vigil) of Thatcher. Logan was born in Indianapolis on May 22, 1994. He was the second of seven children.
Logan graduated from Avon High School in 2012 and attended Ivy Tech Community College. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America as a child and served as a camp counselor at Ransburg Scout Reservation in Bloomington, IN earning the rank of Eagle Scout. He loved fishing and went any chance he could, he enjoyed hiking, camping, and nature.
His grandmother Chris, taught him to crochet at a young age, a hobby he enjoyed to pass the time. He was known for his humor, intellect, passion for life, and unconditional love for his family and friends.
Logan is survived by his parents, Step-father Michael Loya, maternal grandparents Pablo & Carolea Vigil, siblings Kyle Vigil (Denise), Dylan Conner, Madison Lucas (Tyler), Hunter Mullins (Jasmine), Kaden Mullins, and Kendyl Mullins, step-sisters Rylee Loya, Taylor Loya, and Hunter Loya, special Aunt Nelda Rasmussen (William), and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Enoch Cordell and Iola Christine Conner (Snyder), and Gretta Maedrew Mullins (Cyphers).
Two Celebration of Life services will be conducted; the first will be in Safford, AZ on Wednesday, June 2nd at The River Church located at 1726 S. 1st Ave. (Hwy 191) in Safford, Arizona 85546 with viewing from 2-4:00 p.m. and funeral from 4-5:00 p.m., Pastor Maria Kouts will preside.

Services in Indiana will be conducted at Flanner and Buchanan / Floral Park located at 425 N. Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222. A viewing will be held on Sunday, June 6, 2021, and the funeral will be held on Monday, June 7th. He will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
