Louis Moncur

Louis Ronald Moncur Ron Louis Ronald Moncur passed away at his home in Salt Lake City, Utah December 10, 2007. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Born October 31, 1941 in Rupert, Idaho to Louis and Fern McBride Moncur. Ron attended Snow College in Ephraim, Utah on a football scholarship. Married Connie Clayson in 1963; later divorced in 1993. Married Pamela Vincelette in 1998. He was an active member of the LDS Church where he served as ward mission leader with the Sudanese members and a temple worker in the Salt Lake Temple. Survived by his loving wife, Pam; children: Lance Moncur, Lori Moncur; Maren (Brett) Burton, Ronda (CJ) Justesen and Arlena (Dusty) Allen; 13 grandchildren; brother, Stan (Lucy) Moncur; and his two dogs. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m. at the Cannon 9th Ward, 1250 West 1400 South where a viewing will be held Saturday, 12:30-1:30 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be Monday, December 17, 2007, 1:00 p.m. at the Rupert Cemetery, Rupert, ID. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
