Manuel A. Chavez, 87 of Safford passed away at the Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center on June 29, 2010. He is survived by his wife Isabel Chavez and their children. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 6 p.m. in the St. Rose of Lima Church with a Rosary service at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 9 a.m. at the St. Rose of Lima Church. Interment will be in the Safford Cemetery.
