Marie Gregory

Agnes M. Gregory, 76, formerly of Safford, entered into rest on December 31, 2012. She was born on November 26, 1936 in Lordsburg, New Mexico to Marion and Martina Benskin. Marie, as she was known to her friends and family, attended high school in Safford. She spent the last three years of her life living in the community of Tombstone. She loved camping, fishing and attending church at Victory Fellowship in Duncan. The highlight of her life was the day her son was born. She is preceded in death by her husband Miles and her parents. She is survived by her sons, Tony Gregory and Joseph Gregory; step daughter, Marcella Bodily; daughter-in-law, Cindy Gregory; her siblings, Geraldine Bless, Marvilla Allen, Gene Benskin, Barbara Benskin and Gloria Bellamy; her grandchildren; Brittney Gregory, Melinda Schmidt, Tony Gregory II and Samantha Gregory; and her great grandchildren Anthony, Savannah, Brandi Duran, Tony III and Miles Gregory, Triniti and Violet Schmidt. A graveside memorial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 12 at the Pima cemetery.
