Marlyce Schmidt Arbogast 1930 ~ 2008 She was born April 25, 1930 to Lydia Hennig and August Schmidt in Ida Grove, Iowa. She married Robert Arbogast August 26, 1951 in Ida Grove, IA. She is survived by husband, Robert; children: Jeffrey (Debra), Stewart (Lindsey); grandchildren: Taylor, Jordan and Alex. Preceded in death by her parents. She was a teacher whos pupils were as dear to her as her own children. Respecting Marlyces wishes there will be cremation and no funeral or memorial services. Instead, her hope was that everyone could use the time to plant a tree. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
