Max Dickinson

Max E. Dickinson 1939 ~ 2010 Max E. Dickinson, age 70, passed away January 4, 2010, in St. George, Utah. Born December 28, 1939 in Santaquin, Utah to Kenneth and Anna Wirthlin Dickinson. Max married Sally Ann Siebert and later divorced. Married Laraine Privett. Max enjoyed his hunting, fishing, his horses Whiskey and Brandy, and being with his friends. He served in the US Navy for 4 years and worked for Kennecott Copper Corp for 32 years before retiring and moving to Duchesne, Utah and then later moved to Mesquite, NV. Max is survived by his wife, Laraine of Mesquite; two sons, Wayne (Peggy), South Jordan, Jerry, Magna; two granddaughters, Amy Davis (Spencer), Big Piney, WY, Kristin Butterfield (Dale), Casper, WY; 4 great-granddaughters; 2 great-grandsons; 2 step-grandsons, Kitt and Zacc Champion; 3 brothers, LaVar (Donna), Rex (Annie) and Richard; 3 sisters, Rena Cowdell (Don), Joyce Larson (Lloyd), and Luella Jackson (Ray). He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Emojean. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010, 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South 1700 West. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
