Max J. Rapier, Jr., 68, passed away at his home in Duncan with his loving wife, Carmen at his side. He was born October 27, 1947 in McNary, AZ to Verna Bernice & Max J. Rapier, Sr. The family will hold services at their home in Duncan on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 12:00 p.m.
