Michelle Lauritzen

Michelle Ann Dominici Lauritzen 8/11/1979 ~ 3/22/2009 Shelly passed away at home, with family close by, after a two year fight with cancer. She was born in Syracuse, NY and grew up in the upstate region with her parents, two older sisters and a younger brother. At age 18 she moved to Utah to go to school and experience a new adventure. She graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy and spent eight years working as a massage therapist. In June 2005 she met her future husband, Adam, on a blind date. They became fast friends and were married November 11, 2005 in the Mt. Timpanogos LDS Temple. They enjoyed three and a half very happy years together and created many wonderful memories taking trips, camping and spending time with family. She will be remembered for her kind and loving heart, her quick wit, and her beautiful smile and laugh. Shelly is survived by her husband, Jon Adam Lauritzen; parents: Charles and Susan Dominici; sisters: Lisa (Joseph) DeRoest and Chrissy (Justin) Krebs; brother, Michael (Mandy) Dominici. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 26, 2009, 11:00 am at the Bull River 1st Ward, 1530 West Pheasant Pointe Drive, Lehi, UT where viewings will be held at the church, Wednesday, March 25, 2009, 6-8 pm and Thursday, 10-10:45 am prior to services. Interment, American Fork Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
