Mildred Hughes

Mildred Smith Hughes, 87 passed away July 12, 2010 at the home of her daughter Maxine Blair. She was born 24 Jan 1923 to Joseph Edward Smith and Iva Jane McBride. She was married to Elmo Isaac "Weasel" Hughes on 1 Jun 1940. They are the parents of 4 children, Maxine, Henry, Mike and Steve. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband, Weasel, and son Henry. She survived by her remaining children; sisters Louise, Ann, Susie; brothers Ivan (Bud) and Bill. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. There will be a viewing at the home of her daughter Maxine, 4801 E Magnus Dr , Queen Creek , AZ Sunday, July 18 from 2-6 p.m. and 1 hour prior to services at the Church. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, 19 July 2010 at 1 p.m. in the Safford LDS Stake Center. Interment will follow at the Graham Cemetery .
