Nancie Newman

Nancie Polteno-Newman 1947 ~ 2010 Nancie passed away peacefully at home Friday, November 5, 2010 after a short courageous battle with cancer. Nancie was born January 26, 1947 to William J. and Mildred E. Polteno. Married Robert V. Newman June 24, 1965; later solemnized June 26, 1970 in the Salt Lake Temple. Nancie is preceded in death by her youngest child, Kellie Marie Newman, who she missed greatly; and parents. She is survived by her eternal companion, Robert V. Newman; along with her 3 children: R. Todd (Rose) Newman, Terina (Rich) Martinez, and Carmella (Scott) Taylor; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. We are grateful for the knowledge that you are once again strong, healthy and happy. We will miss you with all our hearts. A viewing will be held Saturday, November 13, 2010, 11 am - 12:30 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, followed by grave side services, 1:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3410 South Highland Drive.
