Nancy Isakson

Nancy A. Isakson 1943 ~ 2008 Nancy Arlene Powell Isakson passed away, due to complications of cancer, April 20, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born December 6, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Sam C. and Arlene Peggy Bowen Powell. Nancy married Gerald Kent Isakson Sr. November 21, 1962 in Salt Lake City; later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Survived by her husband, Gerald; children, Shelly (Mike) Kaufman, Rusty (Louise) Isakson and Gerald Kent Isakson, Jr; grandchildren: Danyelle Isakson, Michelle Kaufman, Trevor Isakson and Stevie Rose Isakson. Nancy was the love of my life, a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was feisty and gentle at the same time. She was always concerned about others needs before her own. She will be deeply missed by all. Graveside services will be held Friday, 12:00 noon at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South. A viewing will be held Thursday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Friday, 10:30-11:30 a.m. We love you, grandma ~ XOXOXO
