Noah Paul Rufener, 85, of Phoenix, quietly passed away in the late hours of January 8, 2018. He was born August 26, 1932 in Warren, Ohio to Nelson Paul & Mabel Sauder Rufener. Graveside services will be on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Pima Cemetery with military honors provided by the Gila Valley Honor Guard.
