Noble Daniel

Noble Leon Daniel, 84 of Thatcher passed away December 21, 2010 at the Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center. Noble was born July 13, 1926 in DeKalb, Texas to Henry & Etta Daniel. He served his country during World War II in the Navy. On September 5, 1947, Noble united in marriage with Melba Jean Colvin. Noble worked as a heavy equipment operator and owned his own business for many years. Loved by all that knew him, Nobles best times were those shared with family and friends. He loved to work hard, visit over coffee and tell his Texas Tales. Noble is survived by his children Alan Leon (Patty) Daniels, Kathy Lynn (Duane) Rhodes, Tina Jean (Kevin) Frazee, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife Melba Colvin Daniel and son Mark C. Daniel. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, December 27, 2010 at 11 a.m. by Pastor Bob Holliday in the First United Methodist Church of Safford with viewing one hour prior. Interment will follow in the Safford Cemetery.
