Norma Wilding 1919 ~ 2008 Norma Louise Vincent Wilding, age 88, passed away peacefully in her sleep on the afternoon of February 5, 2008 at the home of her daughter, Colette. She was born July 18, 1919 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Daniel Harris and Hulda Amelia Nilsson Vincent. She attended South High School and LDS Business College. She worked at KSL Radio as a secretary and receptionist. Married her sweetheart, Thomas Preston Wilding, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple October 15, 1941. They were sealed by Elder David O. McKay. Survived by her nine children: David (Doris) Wilding, Steven (Peggy) Wilding, Daniel (Linda) Wilding, Shirley Faux, Karen (Fred) Johnson, Thomas (Mary) Wilding, Colette (Stephen) McPhee, Wade (Julie) Wilding, Wendy (Chris) Stoddard; 41 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; sister, Lois Senior; brother, Robert Vincent. Preceded in death by her husband; parents; sisters: Ruth Gritton and Elaine Hermansen; brother, Harris Vincent; grandson, Christian Faux; great-granddaughter, Adelaide Faux. She lived a life of service to her family and church. With her husband she served LDS missions to Tonga, Nauvoo and two in Salt Lake City. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 8, 2008, 1:00 p.m. at the West Jordan Mountain View Stake Center, 2901 West 9000 South. Friends and family may call Thursday, February 7, 2008, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Friday at the church, 11:30-12:30 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be Saturday, February 9, 2008, 11:00 a.m. at the Sugar City Cemetery, Sugar City, Idaho.
