Orson Dean Price 1919 ~ 2009 Orson Dean Price was born July 27, 1919 to Charles William and Laura Gerber Price in West Jordan, Utah. He died of cancer February 23, 2009 at home surrounded by his loving family. Orson married his sweetheart, Elizabeth (Beth) Lallatin in 1939. They had 70 wonderful years together. Orson served in the US Army during WWII. He was an entrepreneur of many businesses including trucking, commercial rabbits, and cabinet making. He served in several church leadership callings including Bishop. He and Beth served on the island of Majaro in the Micronesia Guam Mission. Orson and Beth have eight children: Cornelia, Joyce (Dick) Jeffs, Dean (Marjorie), Nancy (Ellis) Arnold, Dwaine (Pat), Delwin (Suzanne), Eva Lue (Blake) Daniels, David (Jill). They have 29 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by daughter, Cornelia; son, Dean; grandsons: Eric and Stephen. Survived by brothers: Paul, Virgil and sister, Leone Nelson. Thanks to Sunbrook Hospice and staff, particularly granddaughter, Alisa White, for their tender care. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at the Jordan View Ward, 2320 South 1165 West. Viewings will be held Friday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Saturday at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Wights Fort Cemetery.
