Patricia Hetherington

Patricia Hetherington 1928 ~ 2010 Patricia Louise Allen Hetherington, age 82, passed away April 2, 2010 in Salt Lake City. Born March 17, 1928 in Moab, Utah, daughter of Arland James and Olive Walton Allen. She was raised in Monticello, Utah. Married Doyle Hetherington. She was an active member of the LDS Church and the DUP. She was a direct descendant of the pioneers who came through the AHole in the Rock@ and settled Bluff and Monticello, Utah. Mom was completely devoted to her family and sacrificed much for them. Words cannot adequately express the love and gratefulness we all feel towards our mother, however we recognize that Heavenly Father gave us a gift of one of His choicest spirits to be the Matriarch of our family. Survived by her children: Linda Charbonneau, Susan (Gary) Burns, Robert Hetherington, and Mark (Peggy) Hetherington; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Doyle; brothers: Harold, Charles and Arthur. Thanks to CareSource Hospice for their loving care. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., at the East Millcreek 4th Ward, 3103 East 3600 South (Craig Drive), where a viewing will be held Wednesday, 10 - 10:45 a.m. Graveside services will be held Thursday, 11:00 a.m. in the Monticello City Cemetery.
