Peggy Louise Morton was born December 31, 1945 and entered into eternal rest October 13th, 2011. She was born to Henry and Henrietta Cates in Richmond, California. In 1962 the family came to the Gila valley when she was 17. In 1964, she wed David Ray Morton and had 3 children, Becky, Debbie, and Chuck. Peggy had several jobs she was employed by A.J. Bayless, Camp trails, Wal-Mart Pharmacy, and Medicap pharmacy. She came from a large family of 12 and loved to have lots of people around. She always welcomed company to her home where you could find her sitting at her kitchen table having coffee. Peggy loved vacationing with her family. Peggy had many talents, painting, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. There wasn't anything she couldn't do. Peggy is survived by her husband David her children Becky Reyna, Debbie Morton, and Chuck Morton. Peggy also had six grandchildren. There will be a celebration of life on Thursday October 20th at the Manor House Banquet Room from 6p.m. to 8p.m. All are welcome to help come and celebrate Peggy's life. Peggy wasn't here for a long time but she always had a good time.
