Pete Grijalva, Jr. quietly passed away at his home on May 7, 2019 with loved ones near. Pete was born in Los Angeles, California on August 14, 1932 to Pete Grijalva Sr. and Emma Montez. Pete lived in the Safford area for 84 years and attended Solomon schools before enlisting in the United States Air Force. He married Margarita Grijalva and had three children; Mike Grijalva, Dena Gomez and Gerrie Aguirre. Pete had 17 grandchildren. No services are planned at this time.
