Phyllis Leila Groth Greatest Cook Our dear beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, age 80, passed away August 25, 2008 at her son and daughters home in Clinton, Utah after a short battle with cancer. She was born August 14, 1928 in Deforest, Wisconsin, daughter of Roy and Leila Lee Blanchar. Married Harry James Groth June 26, 1948 in Middleton, Wisconsin. She will be dearly missed, especially her cooking. Grandma was well known for her deviled eggs, cookies and many other great foods. She loved playing cards with her family and trips to Wendover. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Harry; son, Robert (Sherrie); 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Alice; brothers: David and Bob, of Wisconsin. Preceded in death by her son, James and daughter, Joni. Graveside services will be held Friday, 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South. A viewing will be held Thursday, 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
