Randy Jones

On Monday, July 31, 2023, Randy Jones, 80, of Safford, AZ, passed away peacefully at home with his beloved wife of 52 years, Nancy (Miner) and his stepson Jerry by his side. Randy was a retired Firefighter/EMT from the Mesa Fire Department. After retiring, he moved to Safford Arizona and helped to initiate the EMT program for the Gila Valley area. Randy's favorite activities were cowboying, gardening, fishing, making metal artwork, rebuilding hotrods, writing poetry, and artwork. Randy is survived by his wife Nancy, his stepsons Jerry and Terry Schrudder and Lance and Leland. His siter Diana King, nieces Jennifer (Dailee), Christian (Jeff), and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be held at the River Community Church (1726 S 1st Avenue in Safford, AZ) on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. for family & friends.
