Rethema Long

Rethema "Billie" Jean Long, 48, of Peridot, AZ, passed away December 11, 2015 in Phoenix, AZ after a long fight with breast cancer. She was born May 24, 1967 in San Carlos, AZ to Danny & Serena Irving.In her early years she loved to weave baskets. She also loved the outdoors; hunting, fishing, swimming and joy riding. She was a line cook and homemaker.She is survived by her children; Mason James Henry & Felicia Jean Henry, parents; Danny & Serena Irving, siblings; SueNell Flores, Cynthia Nash, Ferris Irving, Jr. and Elvis Irving Sr. and four grandchildren.Rethema was preceded in death by her sister Pearly Ann Duwyenie and her nephew Herschel Thompson.A Wake will be held on Thursday, December 17th at 4:00 p.m. at the Irving Residence in San Carlos with the funeral service on Friday, December 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the San Carlos Miracle Church. Interment will be in the Chinatown Cemetery in San Carlos.
