Richard Dale Odell, 69 of Safford passed away at the Sunset Hills Care Center on May 11, 2010. He was born September 3, 1940 in Los Angeles, California to Jesse Daniel Odell III and Ozella Smith Odell. Richard owned a Counter Top business in California before moving to Arizona three years ago. He is survived by his sister Donna Wilcoxson of Safford. Graveside Services will be conducted by Pastor Brad Boyd on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 8 a.m. in the Safford Cemetery.
