Robert Heidt

Robert A. Heidt 1929 ~ 2009 Robert A. Heidt, 79, passed away January 13, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born April 10, 1929 in New England, North Dakota, son of Francis Dominic and Catherine Wandler Heidt. Married Alice Kimball in 1954; she preceded in death in 1995; sealed in temple in 1999. Married Nancy Boyle in 1999 in the Salt Lake Temple. He worked for Mountain Bell, retired from US West and then owned his own cleaning company. Survived by wife, Nancy; children: Robert (Teresa), Gerald (Marina), Sharon (Clayton) Merchant, Katherine (Russ) Jones; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters: Alvina, Frances, Toni, Luella, Catherine and Mary. Also preceded in death by parents; sister, Jean; brother, Benjamin. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 19, 2009, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where viewings will be held Sunday, 6-8 p.m. and Monday, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
