Ronald William Rowley, Sr. 1952 ~ 2007 In loving memory of Ronald William Rowley, Sr, after an extended length of time of being ill, he left this life to return, with honor, to his loving Heavenly Father on December 7, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. Born August 26, 1952 in Pendleton, Oregon, to William Parley and Leona Merle Bahr Rowley. Married Patricia Ann Likes on June 26, 1980. He was a very dedicated worker at DHL and was a newspaper carrier for the Newspaper Corporation. Member of the Valley View Ward in the Kearns West Stake of the LDS Church. Ronald was a very devoted and loving husband and father. He loved life and his family and was a hard worker. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; children, Jennifer (Jake) Nelson, Lacey, WA; Ronald (Jennifer) Rowley, Jr., Mesa, AZ; Jeffrey R. (Whitney) Rowley; Justin B Rowley, Kevin Rowley of Kearns, UT; grandson, Mason; mother, Leona M. Rowley; sisters, Mary (Scott) Mortensen, Ramona (Dean) Murray; brothers, Lawrence (Janet), Marvin (Shirley), David (Kelene) and Steve (Denice) Roberts. Preceded in death by his father. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 12, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at the Valley View Ward, 5422 South Sarah Jane Drive (5240 West). Friends and family may call on Tuesday, from 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and from 10-10:45 a.m. on Wednesday prior to services. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates. A luncheon will be served at the ward house for close friends and family.
