Rosa Villalba, beloved caregiver in the health care industry, breathed her last on May 1, 2024, in Safford, Arizona. Born on March 10, 1936, in Morenci Arizona, Rosa lived a life that touched the hearts of all who knew her.
Rosa was known for her remarkable dedication to caring for others. She not only devoted herself to her profession but also opened her heart and home to children in need. Along with her husband Onie, Rosa adopted five children to add to the vibrant family of ten they already had.
Those who were fortunate enough to know Rosa will always remember her as a prayerful and loving soul, who faced life with unwavering positivity. Her warm presence and comforting nature brought solace to those around her.
A devout traveler, Rosa's proudest accomplishment was traversing the globe to spread her message of faith. Her evangelizing efforts touched countless lives and left a lasting impact on all who crossed her path. She was often heard sharing "This too shall pass" as she met and encouraged others in their lives.
Rosa leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion. She is reunited in eternal peace with her husband Onie, daughter Carole, son David, grandsons Anthony, Randy, Justus, Rudy Raphael, father Luis Jurado, and mother Lucia Jurado.
She is survived by her son Ramie (Tiger), daughter Marsha (Sapo), son Rick (Vivian), daughter Alice (Chilo), son Johnny (Jane), daughter Maggie (Paul), son Diego (Deborah), and daughter Nancy (Ben).
In addition to her surviving children and their spouses, Rosa leaves behind an extensive family network including her sister Vickie (George), countless grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
Rosa's love extended beyond her family as she cherished her hobbies such as spending time with her beloved pet pup named Paws. Her memory will forever remain alive in the hearts of those she held dear.
Though Rosa may have passed away suddenly, the impact she made during her lifetime will continue to resonate for years to come. Her spirit of kindness and generosity will be carried forward by all those who were lucky enough to have known her.

Services will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024 at the St. Rose of Lima Parish with the Recitation of the Rosary at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.
