Ruby Hughes, 88, of Safford, Arizona passed away on December 17, 2009. She went to join her husband of 54 years, Martin Hughes. She is survived by her children, Cecil D. Hughes, Irene K. Hughes Bailey, and Noel T. Hughes, as well as 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Ruby will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Caldwell Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Duncan Cemetery.
